Fear the Walking Dead ‘Season 5’
FtWD was my first time working in an episodical pipeline that consisted of all live-action/CG integration, thus giving me the chance to hone in on my realism skills while working under a rapid turn around pace.

Not only did it force me to be really technical with my modeling, but I also learned a lot about matching my textures, shading and lighting to live action plates for seamless integration.

Lastly, the biggest but most fun challenge of coming on to this project was having to learn how to shade and light in Houdini’s Mantra due to the studio’s workflow. Prior to starting on this project, I was completely unfamiliar with the program. However, I was able to pick it up quickly and now I love lighting and shading with a node based workflow!
